November 16, 2006 We just would like to share a few pictures of the trees around Belforte as they begin to prepare for winter. With maybe another view of Belforte and the castle thrown in for good measure! Just can never have enough pictures of the castle! Enjoy.

You're absolutely right. The castle is beautiful. I just updated my desktop with the new photo. I've enjoyed all the photos. Are you sharing the Thanksgiving Day tradition with the Italians?
I just found your website and thought to write to you b/c I've been going to Belforte since 1999 whenI first took at course at the Castle. Like you, we find the area just gorgeous and very pleasant. My husband and I are constantly thinking of moving to Italy and I was wondering if you have found it hard to establish residency. We still have three years to go to retire but if you could send us some information as to renting for a six month period and some of the issues, we would be forever indebted to you.
